    Description: Starting March 28, 2024, our Trans+ group will be meeting in Cleveland Heights (in addition to meeting at the LGBT Center). The new Trans+ East group, facilitated by Bree Easterling, will offer resources and support for transgender and non-binary individuals. Trans+ offers opportunities to individuals within the transgender and non-binary community to discuss different aspects of their journeys, share vital resources, celebrate each other’s successes, and support one another when faced with challenges as a collective group. This program also provides access to physical as well as mental health care while also addressing commonplace health disparities by reducing barriers, amplifying outreach, and increasing access to access to safe, affirming and culturally sensitive healthcare for transgender and gender diverse in the Greater Cleveland region.
